Can EIN of a sole proprietership be used for a Corporation?
 
I have a sole proprietership with my EIN number.. can I still use my EIN number I have now?
 
No. EIN is addisgned by the IRS for a specific business (corporation, Partnership, LLC, sole proprietership or Foreign Coproration). It can not be used by any other entity or business and it can not be transferred to any other enity or business.
